Public Hearing Notice

The Lancaster County Board of Zoning Appeals has rescheduled their November meeting.
The November hearing will be conducted on Thursday, November 30th, 2023, at 6:00 PM in the Lancaster County Administrative Building.

Location: 101 N. Main Street, Lancaster, SC

This meeting is for the purpose of obtaining evidentiary comments concerning the following:

Application by Janet Tacy on behalf of Faith Presbyterian Church for a Variance from Unified Development Ordinance 2.4 District Development Standards: Setbacks, for 6.5-acre parcel at location 7520 Charlotte Highway, Indian Land (TM# 0016-00-031.00). Zoned Institutional (INS) District.

Copies of the documents to be considered are available for public inspection in the office of the Lancaster County Planning Department, which is located at 101 N. Main Street, Lancaster, SC.
