NOTICE OF CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING OF PUBLIC HEARING

Lancaster County published a Notice of Public Hearing for Ordinance No. 2023-1846, an ordinance titled "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A POLICY AND PROCEDURE FOR NAMING COUNTY-OWNED PROPERTIES OR STRUCTURES" in The Lancaster News on June 10, 2023, as well as placed the Notice upon the Lancaster County website on June 22, 2023. The aforementioned Notice of Public Hearing gave notice of the public hearing scheduled before the Lancaster County Council on June 26, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearing has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date and advertised in accordance with South Carolina Statutory law.
