Indoor Walking
Citizens are welcome to utilize our recreation centers for indoor walking Monday-Friday during the hours listed below.

Buford Recreation Center No indoor walking hours
Indian Land Recreation Center 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Springdale Recreation Center 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

During the summer months, school closings and half days, indoor walking hours will be modified. On these occasions, indoor walkers are welcome at the Andrew Jackson and Springdale Recreation Centers from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Indian Land and Buford Recreation Center's hours do not change.

Outdoor Walking
Citizens are welcome to utilize the following outdoor walking tracks and trails year-round from dawn to dusk.

Jazzercise Jazzercise is the original dance party workout!

The program fuses dance, cario, and strength training into a 55-minute sweat session that can burn up to 800 calories per class. Your first class is FREE!

Lotus Moon Yoga This is an hour long yoga class that offers modifications for students of all levels.

This class will increase your heart rate, expand lung capacity, improve balance, strengthen core muscles, and increase flexibility.
