Impact Fee Study

County Council approved the Lancaster County Development Impact Fees for the Sheriff's Office, Fire, Parks and Recreation, and Emergency Medical Services in September 2021. Fees are effective Friday, October 1, 2021.  Council also approved a School Development Impact Fee for the Indian Land service area, which will be effective as of January 1, 2022. (Amended January 27, 2022).
