Historical Courtroom Rental Rates

The Courtroom is a spacious 42' x 52' room with tall ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. There is a large kitchen with ample counter top space for even the largest catering jobs. Tables and chairs are provided and set up according to a specific floor plan for your event.

There is a deposit of $250 required at the time of booking the reservation. This amount will be refunded after the event if there are no penalties or damages. Maximum occupancy is 144 persons.
  Historic Courthouse and flowers
The first hour rental charge is $115, and includes our employees setting up tables and chairs for the event, as well as taking them down and light cleaning afterward.

There will be an additional hourly usage fee of $75. The usage fee includes any time used in the upstairs area, including decorating, catering and cleaning/picking up after the event. The usage fee is due in full at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.
